Currently we deliver to the UK only as we are selling perishable products. However, we have plans to ship products internationally in the future. This will exclude any perishable items as there will be a longer time between dispatch and delivery to international locations.

Our sea moss gel is made to order and will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Please note that any orders placed on Friday will be sent out the following Monday to enable the sea moss to be delivered as fresh as possible. Large orders may arrive in multiple packages to lessen the chance of breakage. We thank you for understanding.

We will review refund requests on a case by case basis and will honour a refund if there are circumstances that are unavoidable by the customer. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery. However, we do ask that you ensure that someone is available to receive your order, as we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for any missed deliveries. We do not accept returns for any perishable item, as we are unable to resell this product. Please get in contact with any queries – we will be happy to help and give more information.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery. If you miss your delivery, please collect it from your local customer service point as soon as possible and refrigerate once received to avoid waste. There is also an option to request redelivery for the next day, if you will be available to receive your order.
